This 23,800 square foot building at the intersection of Gulf and 16th street overlooks the future international sculpture park. The charming two-story brick building features an open floor plan and 12' high ceilings. The building currently houses The Mill Event Hall of Chattanooga and Green Apple Media. Architect and co-owner, Tom Bartoo is heading the project design and future plans for developing the remaining space include: a cafe or bistro style restaurant, street level retail businesses, artist studio spaces and spa or fitness studios.
