Cypress Corners is the latest addition to the revitalization taking place in the South side of downtown Chattanooga. Anchoring the eastern reaches of the new Main Street renovations, this exciting area dedicated to arts and culture is growing quickly.
The area encompasses: sculptor
John Henry's indoor and outdoor studios, two spacious buildings currently under renovation, and the Montague Park area which extends all the way to 23rd Street.
The focus of Cypress Corners is to build a mixed-use community of artists, arts organizations, and creative businesses that will enhance the vitality and cultural awareness of the community at large.
We are actively seeking: visual artists, performing artists, health and wellness services, arts organizations, and creative businesses to share in a rich and artistic cultural exchange. Studios, offices, and retail spaces are available for lease in the two buildings under renovation, 1200 E Main St and 1601 Gulf Street.
